王垣鑫：利率决议公布前夕，金价留意1950-1970

本周开盘后，现货黄金出现了震荡反弹的过程，金价在多次测试1940一线位置后，确认支撑大幅拉高，金价接连突破1950以及1960一线，但多头最终在1970上方折戟，短短4小时内直接收回本周半数涨幅。目前，下方1950一线位置支撑有效，金价暂时维系在1950上方区间内交投。
佩洛西称国会应跳过休会以通过刺激方案
美国众议院议长南希佩洛西表示，国会应该延长会期，直到与白宫就另一项冠状病毒刺激法案达成协议为止。由于美国民主和共和两党之间的争执，达成协议的可能性显得越来越遥远。
议会与白宫达成任何协议都面临诸多障碍。民主党并没有放弃其2.2万亿美元的一揽子计划，一些参议院共和党人甚至反对规模仅有上述一半的任何刺激方案。人们也普遍怀疑，从现在到11月大选期间，并没有足够的时间进行谈判。总统唐纳德特朗普的女婿兼高级顾问库什纳周二表示，任何新的刺激计划都可能要等到11月3日大选投票之后。
金价方向或需要美联储利率决议指引
近期现货黄金价格的走势方向并不明朗，从日线级别上可以看到，金价处于收敛三角形震荡结构内运行。随着时间的推移，金价波动区间越发收窄，目前已经处于结构的尾端，但价格的突破迹象仍不明显。今日晚间美联储将公布利率决议，届时还会有点阵图以及鲍威尔的新闻发布会，或将是金价突破的契机。但若在今晚过后，金价仍未能摆脱1915-1975区间的话， 整体区间就有可能衍变成矩形震荡。
再看日内4小时级别，之前金价在突破低位整理区间后，以1940一线为支撑上移震荡，将区间提升至1940-1950。昨日金价白天时段多头势头迅猛，但晚间冲高回落，价格踩稳后震荡区间再度上移至1950上方。由于今日晚间将公布美联储利率决议，日间行情大概率以维持震荡为主，日内操作上方留意1965-1970滞高区间压力，下方重点关注1950一线支撑。
