林幽沃：中美贸易初期战局
在进入2018年以来，由美国开展加征关税的贸易保护主义蔓延至全球，特朗普意欲以加征关税的手段将贸易伙伴重新拉上谈判桌，让利益重新分配并有利于美国的方向发展。目前在经历半年的时间后，美国虽然多次发表加征关税的商品清单，但实际上对我们的影响有多大呢？
大田环球贵金属据消息称，我国对美出口增速已经大幅下降，在2018年上半年，我国对美国出口正常5.4%，增速较2017年同期下降13.9%。其中，6月份对美出口增长3.8%，增速下降23.8个百分点。
可以从这则数据看出，虽然我国对美国的贸易顺差依然处于增长阶段，但增速下降较为明显，证明在特朗普加征关税的手段下，美国似乎真的能够在加征关税的手段上取得一定的优势。从这一情况可以得出，我国以贸易方式取得美元外汇的方法效率逐渐降低，如果持续按目前趋势发展，资金面会出现短缺的迹象。
目前，欧洲亦同样面临特朗普的加征关税威胁，并且在近期已经开展对汽车的税收，这无疑对德国造成严重的影响。中欧在7月初期有最高领导人的会晤，相信本次将会谈及到应对特朗普保护主义的措施，更有希望组成贸易上联合来对抗美国的阵容。
显然，特朗普的团队也应该预测到会受到其他国家的组团对抗，从目前的发展趋势来看，美国很可能会以一己之力继续与全部贸易伙伴国进行谈判。到最终有可能是从各方面的经济实力、货币政策以及军事实力来进行胜负之分。鉴于美国的经济复苏领先于其他国家，而中欧能否组团，并且本身是美国长久以来贸易伙伴国的加拿大和墨西哥能否加入依然成迷，目前美国依然处于优势方，特朗普有可能会趁着时机加紧谈判拿去更多的利益。
预计在2018年内贸易问题会有初步方案的解决，因美国在2018年底将迎来中期选举，如果特朗普政府在加征关税上导致选票的流失，从而失去对国会的控制则可谓是本末倒置。
