王垣鑫：特朗普又来了
自今年早些时候中美贸易战爆发以来，整体局势一共发生了多次变化，但其中整体围绕的总是离不开美国总统特朗普的反复无常，但从市场的反应来看Vix恐慌指数仍趴在低点，似乎已经习惯了特朗普的出尔反尔，市场的耐心正不断地被消磨。
周一美国参议院以85-10的投票结果通过法案、将恢复禁止向中兴通讯股份有限公司销售美国配件的禁令，罕见推翻了美国总统特朗普的决定。不过，美国总统可以否决参院通过的这一法案，继续恢复对中兴的芯片供应。但是，美国参院还可以再度投票否决总统的这一否决，但需要2/3的多数票。从今天的表决结果看，是完全可以达到这一要求的。
另据财新网报道，为报复中国对500亿美元加征关税的决定，特朗普再度开炮，威胁要向中国价值2000亿美元商品征收10%的额外关税。上周以来，中美贸易战局势出现升温的迹象对金价影响有限。但随着双方之间的紧张关系有进一步升级的迹象，以及全球股市近期以来均出现回落。
大田环球贵金属留意到，在上周五大跌后，现货金周一交投在窄幅区间内，因打压和支撑价格的因素在市场上角力，迫使投资者重新评估其头寸；我们看到周五的跌势过度，投机客正在重新评估其头寸，市场将在约48小时的时间进行盘整，直到有新的消息影响市场；中美贸易争端影响了所有商品实货交易；当然，我们正在评估贸易战，这将对金市产生外溢影响。
