上周首次申请失业救济金人数减 创一个月新低

美国劳工部1月9日公布，经季节调整后，截至1月4日为止当周，首次申请失业救济金人数较前周修正值减少15,000人至330,000人，创下一个月以来新低。根据路透社的调查，经济学家的预估值为33.5万人。上周首次申请失业救济金人数的4周移动平均值较前周修正值减少9,750人至349,000人。
截至12月28日为止当周，经季节调整后，连续申请失业救济金人数较前一周的修正值增加50,000人至2,865,000人，经济学家的预估值为284万人。当周连续申请失业救济金人数的4周移动平均值较前一周的修正值增加18,750人至2,872,250人。截至12月28日为止当周，经过季节性因素调整后的保险失业率较前周持平为2.2%。人力资源服务公司ADP Research Institute与穆迪分析公司1月8日公布的全美民间就业报告显示，12月份民间非农业聘雇人数增加23.8万人，创去年11月（27.6万人）以来的最大增幅。对于本周五（1月10日）即将公布的就业报告，经济学家预期12月非农就业人口将增加19.5万人。
国际知名人力资源机构Challenger, Gray and Christmas Inc.甫公布的12月份美国企业宣告裁员人数创下2000年6月以来的13年半新低；2013年，美国企业宣告裁员人数为509,051人，则是创下1997年以来的年度新低，较上年度的523,362人减少3%。
