央行宽松预期和脱欧谈判拖累英镑

3月13日，英镑兑美元出现大幅度下滑，价格跌至近五个月的新低，目前美元普遍走强，英镑受到较大承压，同时英国央行的进一步宽松预期以及和欧盟的谈判并没有积极因素，这些情绪都对英镑有持续的施压。
在英国央行紧急降息之后，市场对英国央行进一步降息的预期进一步升温。欧洲时段盘中，英国央行公布了一份特别政策会议纪要。该纪要内容是周三(3月11日)紧急降息的会议纪要，在周三英国央行紧急降息50个基点至0.25%。
特别会议纪要显示，英国央行称，如果需要更多货币刺激政策，我们将会实施，刺激政策的措施包括降息，量化宽松，扩大资助计划。如果需要货币刺激，有政策选项。
英国央行称，疫情将会影响英国的供应和需求，卫生事件将会影响英国的供应和需求，有充分理由进行大幅度降息。给中小企业提供借贷至关重要。受油价大跌影响，通胀率可能跌至1%以下。

如果英欧无法在今年内达成贸易协议，双方贸易关系将回到世贸组织框架内。联合国贸易和发展会议的报告显示，“无协议脱欧”造成的潜在关税损失将介于114亿美元至160亿美元之间，而非关税措施还会使损失额翻倍。报告指出，由于英国46%的出口都去往欧盟，这将对英国经济造成重大打击。
