欧洲央行下调经济预期，但通胀预期不变

3月12日晚，欧洲央行行长拉加德表示当前经济前景高度不确定，并下调经济增速预期，但通胀预期则维持不变。同时经济增速将很块恢复，要求各国大规模刺激经济发展，欧元对美元短线出现激烈震荡。

据了解情况的消息人士透露，欧盟和大型银行正在研究一项数亿欧元的企业贷款计划，以帮助苦于应对新冠全球公共卫生事件冲击的欧洲企业获得低成本贷款，该计划有望在几天内公布。
欧盟执委会的一位发言人说:“帮助遭受重创的企业……提供短期流动性是欧盟应对新冠全球公共卫生事件危机的经济政策的关键部分。”他表示，正在与欧洲投资银行研究可以立即实施应对全球公共卫生事件的方案。
