歐盟批准脫歐延期，英國議會出現新變化

英鎊兌美元震盪上行後回吐部分漲幅，在10月31日英國脫歐日期逼近之時，歐盟全體成員國同意英國延期脫歐三個月，市場對英國無協議脫歐的憂慮被消解，對英鎊反彈構成強力支撐，但英國提前進行大選也讓英鎊上行出現一定的阻力。
英國首相詹森將在當地時間週一(北京時間23:30左右)向議會提交舉行大選的動議，工黨的立場表明，詹森將無法爭取到他在議會所需的三分之二多數。市場分析人士認為，詹森似乎不太可能取勝。
英國首相發言人稱，議會三年來一直阻止脫歐協議，顯然我們需要新的議會。首相目前還沒有看到歐洲理事會主席圖斯克的來信。首相將大選視作打破脫歐障礙的方式。
愛爾蘭政府發言人表示，愛爾蘭樂見延長英國脫歐時間的決定，該決定扭轉了毀滅性的無協議脫歐的風險。英國脫歐延期的決定將最後期限延長至1月底，但如果英國方面迅速完成脫歐協議法案，則允許英國提前脫歐。
美國10年期國債收益率的下行及美聯儲本周再度降息的預期打壓美元，一定程度上支撐英鎊。
英鎊兌美元進一步下行料於1.2760-1.2700獲得強勁支撐，上周未能成功向上突破1.30的關鍵心理關口，極短線可能進一步走軟，不過下行料止步於1.2760-1.2700，上行目標依次為200周移動均線1.3138及5月高點1.3187，目前來看，只要下行維持在9月20日高點1.2582上方，那麼短期風險就仍偏上行。
