歐盟對延遲脫歐並不急，結果即將出爐

英國首相詹森表示，我們應該在10月31日離開歐盟，等待歐盟方面決定其想要做什麼。若大選動議得到通過，將給出時間進行脫歐辯論。若工黨反對12月12日的大選，則政府不會參與議會毫無意義的“脫歐學問”。
分析師指出，歐盟可能在今天或下週一的緊急峰會上決定延長脫歐。據報導，法國和其他幾個小國希望延長2-3周的時間，以便讓英國議會通過脫歐協議法案，而大多數國家都願意將脫歐期限延長到明年1月31日。
分析師稱，歐盟仍就英國對延遲脫歐的要求進行辯論，爭論焦點似乎不在於是否再次推遲脫歐，而在於推遲脫歐的時間。歐盟將在下周早些時候做出決定，而在此之前，英鎊可能繼續在1.2800附近窄幅波動。
