朝鲜问题复发，黄金市场暂无反应
11月21日，黄金多头展开技术性抵抗，美国总统特朗普将朝鲜列入支持恐怖主义名单，一定程度上利好避险情绪。但耶伦表态明年初将离开美联储，则对金价形成新的拖累，市场预期美联储未来鹰派势力将占据主导。
美国总统特朗普周一(11月20日)将朝鲜列入支持恐怖主义国家名单，此举允许美国扩大对朝鲜的制裁，并有加剧朝鲜半岛紧张局势的风险。特朗普表示，美国财政部将在周二宣布对朝鲜采取进一步的制裁举措。
特朗普在白宫对记者表示：“朝鲜屡次支持国际恐怖主义行径，包括在外国领土的暗杀行动。一旦朝鲜被列入支持恐怖主义国家名单，美国会进一步扩大对朝鲜和相关人物的制裁，我们将施加最大的压力，以孤立这个政权。”特朗普补充称，“早就”应该将朝鲜列入该名单。
美国此前只认定另外三个国家支持恐怖主义，分别为伊朗、苏丹和叙利亚。一些专家认为，列入名单要有证据显示，一国“反复为国际恐怖主义行动提供支持”，而朝鲜并不符合。
美国一名不愿透露姓名的情报官员表示，担忧特朗普的行动可能适得其反，尤其是考虑到列入黑名单的根据尚有可商榷之处。
分析师表示：“在本周的假日之前，美元因头寸调整而下跌也并不出奇，投资者在削减他们的美元多仓，以防在自己离场期间出现美元利空消息，美元短期持坚主要受欧元走势影响。”
预计在周四(11月23日)的美国感恩节假日前，市场交投相对淡静。假日前经济事件相对稀少，11月会议纪要将于周四凌晨发布。由于美联储年底再度加息预期已基本被市场消化，市场关注焦点将落在美联储主席耶伦即将将于北京时间周三(11月22)清晨发表的讲话上。
她指出，美国在过去8年里增加了1700万个就业岗位。她表示，根据大多数指标，经济数据已接近实现美联储的最大就业和物价稳定的双重目标。美国的失业率为4.1%，接近17年来的最低水平。然而，在过去5年的大部分时间里，通货膨胀率一直低于美联储宣布的2%的目标。同时耶伦也表示，她相信鲍威尔将尽全力的去履行美联储的使命，并表示她将等到鲍威尔宣誓就职以后再离开美联储。
如此一来，美联储空缺理事数量达到4人。除去已经被任命为新主席的鲍威尔，目前奥巴马执政期间任命的美联储理事仅剩下大鸽派布雷纳德一人，按计划她的任期将至2026年。而在地方联储官员中，纽约联储主席、同样是鸽派人物的杜德利即将退休。
