特朗普欲对朝鲜动核武器
美国主管美国核能力的最高指挥官海滕(John Hyten)上周六(11月18日)表示，特朗普的核打击指令若非法将被拒绝，自己不会盲从的去执行它。
海滕上周六在论坛上被问道：如果总统特朗普下令发动核攻击，尤其是他认为命令非法的时候，他会不会三思而行？海滕回答称：“我觉得一些人认为我们很愚蠢，我们不是笨蛋。我们经常会深思此问题——当你肩负如此重任时，你怎可不去深思？”
海滕在Facebook页面上发布的一段视频中表示：“我为总统提意见，总统会告诉我他想怎么做。”
海腾称：“如果总统的命令是非法的，那自己会将实情告诉他。猜猜他会怎样？他会问‘什么是非法的？’我们接着会提出结合多种能力的各种选项，来应付任何局势。这是我们的运作方式，一点都不复杂。”海腾说，如果特朗普违法了的话，那么他就会面临坐牢的风险。他可能在监狱里度过余生。
此前，包括民主党和共和党同僚在内的美国参议员质疑特朗普是否有权发动战争，使用核武器，并签署或终止国际协议。FX678援引外媒的报道，外界担心，朝鲜核计划和导弹项目的紧张局势可能导致美国与朝鲜进入敌对的局面中。
