德国组阁失败，仍有机会翻身
最近德国总理默克尔所在联盟党和自民党，绿党组建的四方会谈会以失败告终。会后，导致谈判失败的自民党却将导致政局混乱的脏水泼给社民党。此外，有分析师称此次政局突变对默克尔有益无害。
上周末，默克尔所在的基民盟-基社盟联盟党（CDU/CSU）和自民党、绿党组建的四方会谈以失败告终。一时间整个欧洲都一片哗然。德国媒体在指责自民党负气退出谈判之举不负责任时，也将罪责推脱给未参加会谈的社会民主党(SPD)，认为社民党拒不妥协，依旧不愿与联盟党组建“大联合政府”的姿态，导致并加剧了政治混乱。
自民党成员奥托·弗里克(Otto Fricke))表示：社会民主党作为赢得选票最多的第二大党（22%),有责任妥协，和联盟党组建新的联合政府，维护政治的稳定。他在周二对媒体表示:“我们问什么要参加四方会谈？就是因为票数是我们两倍的社民党（20%）在选举结束后一分钟说，他们已经失去很多了（败给默克尔所在的保守党），不会参与组建新的联合政府。”
德国总统施泰因迈尔（Frank-Walter Steinmeier）之前也是社民党的一员，他敦促各党派尽快协商，就组建联合政府达成一致，避免进行重新大选。不过如果各党派不能在两周内达成共识，那么提前大选的召开不可避免，不过选举不大可能在明年3月份之前进行。
Fricke在接受采访时表示，总理默克尔的联盟党和绿党在试探性谈判中妥协不够是导致谈判失败的主要原因。“如果他们在谈判中做出更多的妥协的话，也许今天谈判的结果就会不一样。你问问基民党和绿党，他们给了我们什么，他们愿意做出妥协，做项目时朝我们的方向展开吗？答案是零，这就是问题的关键所在。”
今年9月份，默克尔领导的保守派联盟党遭受了自1949年以来最槽糕的选举结果——德国极右派另类选择党（AfD）获得的支持率猛增，导致基民党和基社盟只获得了33%的支持，远低于2013年选举的41.5%。
在谈判破裂后，默克尔在本周一表示：她宁愿重新大选，也不愿领导少数政府；此外，尽管德国下一个领导人的身份未知，德国仍将保持稳定。
德国的意见对于欧洲的决策至关重要。作为欧元区最大的经济体，德国在确定英国脱欧的未来，欧元区深化以及希腊债务重组等方面影响力很大。
