原油市场一开始的暴跌在于严重失衡的供需关系，加上OPEC+的减产计划并不能带来较为明显的效果，加上目前疫情在全球的蔓延情况，很多人都是在家隔离不出门，汽车方面的使用频率明显减少，因此对于原油的需求明显减少，加上原油之前生产的数量实在太多，供过于求，就导致了这次的持续下滑的现象。
本次最大输家是谁？
在经济全球化的背景下，牵一发而动全身，原油市场的下滑，对于全球经济都有影响，但这次最大输家可能是美国的页岩油市场。相比于OPEC+成员国的原油生产成本，美国页岩油的开采成本更高，基本就处于卖多少就是亏多少的情况。此外，特朗普公布允许美国经济重新开放的指引。 特朗普表示，美国已经渡过了新冠肺炎疫情的高峰期，健康的美国人在条件允许的情况下重返工作岗位。联邦政府的指引允许经济分三个阶段重新开放。
那这次美国重启经济，是否对原油市场有一定的刺激作用呢？这个不好说，因为市场的波动重点就在于市场的信心，还是要等更多信息的放出才能知道。
