OPEC+协议达成后，油价往后会怎么变化？
最近除了新冠肺炎疫情外，俄罗斯、沙特、墨西哥打起的石油战也是闹得沸沸扬扬，其中在大家疯狂加产的行为下，更是让国际油价掉到个位数的白菜价，不过庆幸的是，经过OPEC+组织调解，双方将日产量削减1000万桶，相当於全球石油供应量的10%左右，但墨西哥反对削减产量，从而阻碍了协议的达成。根据OPEC+协议，墨西哥将每日减产10万桶，而不是最初的40万桶。
1、这次石油减产力度大吗？
这次970万桶/日的减产将自5月1日开始，并将持续到6月底。然后，从7月到今年底，减产量将逐步减少至770万桶/日，从2021年1月到2022年4月日减产量将降至580万桶。而OPEC组织将会在6月10日再次开会，以决定是否需要采取进一步行动。毫无疑问，这是历史上最大规模的一次减产。
不过在周二（4月14日），国际油价还是迎来了收跌，这主要是因为尽管欧佩克及其盟友同意减产970万桶/日，但由於供过於求的担忧仍在继续打压油价，导致油价持续下跌。在短期内恐怕油价还有一段下滑空间。
2、未来油价会升吗？
在各国目前都在封锁地区控制疫情的情况下，社会上的石油供应量是肯定远超需求量的，毕竟大家都不出门，汽车、公交、飞机也不会去坐，自然社会上对石油的需求就大大减少，所以在短期内石油价格的下跌是可以预见的。不过随著这次大规模的减产活动，当石油减产后供需关系慢慢平衡后，石油的价格自然会慢慢恢复正常，有望回到40美元/桶！
所以，为什么OPEC+协议达成后，油价还在跌？这主要是因为新冠肺炎疫情限制了人们出行，人们对公交、汽车飞机等运输工具的需求也大大减少，但社会上石油供需不平衡，就会出现石油比白菜便宜的“笑话”。不过，随著这次大规模减产协议的慢慢实施，相信当石油供需关系恢复正常是，油价就有望回到40美元/桶！
