一般来说，当投资者想要转让手中持有某家公司的股份时，都需要委托报价券商办理。当投资者需要卖出股份，须委托代理其买人该股份的报价券商办理。如需委托另一家报价券商卖出该股份，须办理股份转托管手续。投资者委托报价券商办理股份报价转让，应按照规定交纳相关税费。主办报价券商不得买卖所推荐挂牌公司的股份。
1、股份报价转让的定义
简单来说，股份报价转让是投资者委托证券公司报价，依据报价寻找买卖对手方，达成转让协议后，再委托证券公司进行股份的成交确认和过户。股份报价转让不提供集中撮合成交服务。具体流程如下：
2、股份报价转让的过程
（1）开户。报价券商应当按照证券登记结算机构的有关规定，为投资者开立非上市股份有限公司股份转让账户(以下简称“股份账户”)。
（2）委托。投资者参与股份报价转让，应与报价券商签订代理报价转让协议。签订协议前，报价券商应要求投资者阅读并签署风险揭示书。
（3）报价。报价券商应通过专用通道，按接受投资者报价委托的时间先后顺序向报价系统申报。报价系统收到报价申报后，自动验证卖出股份报价申报的投资者股份账户。如余额不足，报价系统将不接受该笔申报，并反馈至报价券商。
（4）成交确认。投资者达成转让意向后，应各自委托报价券商进行成交确认申报。
（5）股份过户和资金交收。证券登记结算机构根据报价系统成交确认结果进行股份和资金的逐笔清算。
3、报价申请期间
报价申报期间，报价系统通过专门网站发布最新的报价和成交信息。报价信息包括：股份名称、股份代码、报价券商、买卖类别、拟买卖价格、股份数量、联系方式。成交信息包括：股份名称、股份代码、成交价格、股份数量、买方代理报价券商和卖方代理报价券商。
