2. 货币证券：是指本身能使持券人或第三者取得货币索取权的有价证券，货币证券主要包括两大类：一类是商业证券，主要包括商业汇票和商业本票；另一类是银行证券，主要包括银行汇票、银行本票和支票。
3.资本证券：是指由金融投资或与金融投资有直接联系的活动而产生的证券。持券人对发行人有一定的收入请求权，它包括股票、债券及其衍生品种如基金证券、可转换证券等。资本证券是有价证券的主要形式
