银证转账时间是什么？银转证，意思为“银行和证券公司之间的账数交易”，无论是银转证还是证转银，在银行规定的交易日内都是即时生效。对于A股来说，两者之间的转账是免费的，对于B股来说，是需要收取一定比例的手续费。
什么是银转证？
银证转账是指将股民在银行开立的个人结算存款账户或借记卡与证券公司的资金账户建立对应关系，通过银行的电话银行、网上银行、网点自助设备和证券公司的电话、网上交易系统及证券公司营业部的自助设备将资金在银行和证券公司之间划转，为股民存取款提供便利。
银转证的时间是什么？
对于不同银行来说，其规定的银转证时间有所出入。在工作日时间内：
（1）工商银行的银转证时间：交易日上午8:00至下午16:30；
（2）建设银行、农业银行、兴业银行、交通银行、招商银行、上海银行的银转帐时间：交易日9：00-16：00。
在交易日固定的时间内进行银转证业务，其账数是实时到账；在非交易日内，股民是不可以进行银转证业务的。
银转证的收费标准是什么？
对于够买A股的股民来说，银转证业务是免费的。对于B股而言，银转证是需要收取一定的手续费，其标准为：按划转金额1 ‰ 收取，最低不低于 1美元（10港币），最高不高于40美元（或300港元）。
