印度下调黄金白银基准关税价格

印度财政部周五发布通知，宣布将黄金进口基准关税价格从426美元/10克下调至420美元/10克，并将白银进口基准关税价格从650美元/千克下调至645美元/千克。印度财政部通常会根据全球大宗商品价格变化来调整进口基准关税价格。
由于印度珠宝零售商赶在节日到来前储备黄金，刺激买盘增加，周五印度国内金价再度上涨70卢比，至28300卢比/10克。与此同时，受工业及硬币制造商买盘的推动，周五印度国内银价上涨150卢比，至43000卢比/千克。
近期印度工商部部长曾再度呼吁放宽黄金进口限制，并表示严苛的限制政策已重创印度珠宝行业。他指出，尽管解除部分进口限制可能会令经常帐赤字(CAD)走宽，但和猖獗的黄金走私相比，影响要小的多。
另外，美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)周五发布的报告显示，投机者持有的美元净多头增加1654手，为净多头228841手，显示投机者对美元继续看多的意愿有所增强。
