中国实物金上半年大幅下跌

英国《金融时报》中文网络版7月25日报道，随着消费者对金条和金币的购买欲出现萎缩，2014年上半年中国黄金需求同比下跌了近五分之一（19%），不过这并不让人感到意外。
报道指出，2013年，散户的大举买入曾助推中国首次超过印度，成为全球最大的黄金消费国。它在很大程度上是由去年高达28%的金价跌幅带动的。自那以后，黄金价格已经走强，今年迄今已上涨8%。金价上涨部分是由于包括从俄罗斯到中东在内的各个地区地缘政治风险正在加大。
报道分析指出，2014年上半年，中国以投资为目的的黄金消费遭遇了最大跌幅，这表明消费者在一定程度上失去了将黄金视为储值手段的信心。此外，2013年黄金的超低价也鼓励人们将购买计划提前，从而抑制了今年的需求，因此这次中国黄金需求增长的总体放缓并不让人意外。世界黄金协会4月份发表的一份报告称，该协会预计2014年将是“市场整合的一年”，中国黄金需求出现更高增长的前景依然很好。
对近期的黄金市场而言，亚洲方面实物需求的缺乏是一大让人担忧的方面。数据显示，自香港地区进口到中国大陆的黄金进口量至6月已经连续4个月下降。年初时，由于临近春节，中国大陆的黄金进口量非常强劲，但随后从3月至6月，进口量呈四个月连续下降。今年上半年，中国大陆自香港进口的黄金量同比下降了12%。而3月至6月间，更是下降多达42%。
此外，中国黄金协会在上周的数据显示，上半年中国黄金需求同比下降19.4%。这都印证了中国黄金需求近期的走弱趋势。从上海黄金交易所(SGE)的交割量来看，今年至今中国黄金需求大约在950吨左右，同比下降14%。事实上，从上海市场黄金价格升水一直持续在几乎0左右就可见需求的疲软。
不过从香港的数据和SGE等数据之间的差别看，香港的统计数据恐怕已经很难反应出中国黄金市场的实际状况。随着上海和北京纷纷都能进口黄金，对中国黄金市场的猜测将变得更为困难。
