机构乐意管理黄金定价

芝加哥商业交易所(CME)周四称，很乐意和汤森路透一同合作对黄金定盘价制度进行管理。
CME和汤森路透刚刚被伦敦黄金市场协会选择接管白银定盘价制度。黄金定盘价近年来饱受诟病，对其被操纵的传言也一直没有停息过，因此，在白银定盘价制度改革后，对黄金定盘价制度的改革声就越来越响。
一位英国金融行为服务管理局的官员在本月曾称，参与黄金定盘价制定的各家银行之间共谋操纵是可以实现的，尽管目前并没有找到任何证据。巴克莱则因为涉嫌操纵金价被罚了2600万美元。
参与黄金定盘价制定的，除了巴克莱，还有汇丰银行、法兴银行、加拿大丰业银行等，代表着些银行的伦敦黄金市场定盘价公司称将会查看提案，以选择新的管理方。
CME金属产品总经理称，CME将会参与到改革中，可能将目前一天两次的定价会议转变成电子竞拍。“赢得了对白银定盘价的管理后，CME集团将非常高兴和汤森路透一同参与伦敦黄金定盘价制度改革的过程中。”
同样参与了白银定盘价管理竞争的LME还没有标明将参与黄金定盘价管理的竞争。而也参与了白银定盘价管理的大宗商品公司首席行政官则称，他们就白银定盘价管理提交的电子平台最初就是被设计用作黄金市场的，该公司将继续开发这一平台。普氏能源则称和相关方在继续接触。
消息人士称，一些没有参与白银定盘价制度改革的机构可能就黄金定盘价的改革提交提案。
