美国就业不稳利好黄金

由于美国经济逐渐复苏，美国5月非农终弥补2007-2009经济危机期间内失业缺口。尽管美国劳动市场可圈可点，但美国就业市场并不平横，美国2/3个州就业仍未恢复到经济危机前水平。鉴于此，黄金或仍可从美国劳动市场寻得利好支撑。
2/3个州就业未达危机前水平
美国17个州加上哥伦比亚特区5月非农人数皆好于前值及经济危机期间水平。根据美国劳工部周五（6月20日）报告称，美国有33个州加上波多黎各的5月非农季调后就业人数仍低于其危机前峰值水平。
美国就业市场恢复缓慢表明美国经济复苏差强人意。2010年美国经济产出逐渐恢复危机前水平。尽管美国5月ADP就业人数录得1.385亿创历史新高，但这仍未弥补近5年以来美国新增人口总数。
尽管美国就业逐渐改善，但美国劳动参与率近几年却在不断下降。这或因为美国部分群体放弃寻找工作，脱离劳动市场。美国经济政治研究员高级经济分析师表示，“近几年，美国部分人通常不同渠道不同原因逃离劳动市场，但就目前水准来看，劳动参与率下滑迹象逐渐有所改善。”
美国实现充分就业还要2-3年
据国外财经网站数据统计显示，美国目前就业市场喜忧参半。
就业市场令人颇感欣慰的是美国全职就业人数为1.187亿人。但令人稍感担心的是，美国兼职群体高达2720万人。失业总数为980万。除此之外，未积极参与劳动市场人数为9200万人。后面三者相加的数值也达到了1.29亿人。这距离美联储在就业市场上“充分就业”的目标，还任重道远。
经济学家称，虽然就业市场增长势头稳健，但是还没有到打开香槟庆祝的时候。考虑到过去四年人口的增长，经济复苏要想回到健康的水平，仍然需要高达700万的就业岗位。
美国劳工部长在上周五非农数据公布之后表示，“目前劳动力市场中正在朝着正确的方向前进，但是仍然还有很多工作要做。”
综上所述，就美国目前就业市场得到很大改善，但是要实现充分就业还将任重而道远。
就业市场一直是美联储主席耶伦关注重点。她此前从明确表示，美国劳动市场仍存在限制产能，美国劳动率仍亟待提高。加之美联储在最近FOMC会议上宣布下调美国经济预期。鉴于此，尽管美国一系列经济数据表现较好，但美联储并不急于加息。黄金或可见缝插针获得利好支撑。
