印度将削减2%黄金进口关税

美银美林(BoAML)称，印度政府将在下一个预算案中将黄金进口关税削减2%。
美银美林在报告中称：“我们预计黄金进口关税会被削减2%，我们认为印度政府迟早会放松黄金进口限制，因本地的珠宝商已经没有存货了。而且即将出现的干旱季节，料将抑制印度国内黄金需求（这意味着政府不用太担心调降关税会给CAD带来过重压力）。”
美银美林预计，因黄金需求的增加，2015财年印度经常账户赤字将会从2014财年的1.7%扩大到2.6%。上一财年中经常账户赤字的减少并不能被当真，因为主要就是对黄金的进口限制所带来的。预计印度央行会希望印度卢比兑美元在58的水平。
此外，据估计，2015财年，印度黄金净进口将从上一财年的288亿美元增加到400亿美元，也就是从1.5%增加到GDP的2%。
