一季度全球黄金回收量同比降13%

世界黄金协会(WGC)最新报告显示，由于新项目运作，今年第一季度全球黄金矿产同比增长6%。报告称：“第一季度延续了去年矿企缩减开支并且增加运营效率的趋势，这可以使未来几个季度矿产继续增长。”
加拿大成为了黄金矿产增加的主要来源。
此外，第一季度矿企囤积对冲量仅为6吨，较去年10.6吨有显著下降。WGC认为囤积量将仍然维持低水平，只有一些面临融资问题的矿企才会采取这一策略。
一季度黄金回收量下降13%至322吨，低于5年平均水平的400吨。WGC认为，因经济改善，发达国家黄金回收量减少是主因。
WGC投资研究主管Juan Carlos Artigas说：“自2009达到顶峰后，回收量就开始减少。”
他认为主要有两个原因：“一方面是价格因素，金价上涨人们会提供回收黄金，而下跌则反之。另一方面则是经济增长。经济增长使得人们不会提供回收黄金，因为那就是在出售自己的存款。不到万不得已人们是不会那么做的。尽管金价在上涨，但经济也在增长，尤其是在新兴市场，大部分回收黄金来自于那里，因此人们不会出售。”
