黄金国际板获批拟年底推出

记者昨日从上海黄金交易所官方了解到，其黄金国际板已获央行批准，上海黄金交易所理事长、党委书记许罗德称，将力争四季度推出黄金国际板业务。
许罗德表示，目前上金所正在进行准备工作，包括注册成立上海黄金国际交易中心、完成相关业务的技术准备，以及招募国际会员，这三方面工作计划在三季度完成。
上海黄金国际交易中心是黄金国际板的运营主体，是上金所在上海自贸区内注册成立的一家全资子公司，注册资本金5亿元人民币。
目前上金所的黄金现货交易仅限于国内投资者，黄金国际板推出后，境外投资者也可以借此使用离岸人民币投资中国的黄金交易市场，目前上金所的所有交易品种均会对境外投资者开放。上海黄金交易所并不会为国际板另辟新系统，而是利用现有的交易系统。
许罗德表示，黄金国际板是一个“三合一”的产品，这其中既包括了黄金的价格，又有利率汇率的变动，为国际投资者提供了更多的投资空间，也会带动我国外汇市场相关产品的需求，推动我国金融市场 的发展。随着“上海金”影响力的扩大，中国在国际黄金市场上的话语权、定价权就会得到显现。
