受QE影响 LME基本金属下跌

伦敦金属交易所3个月基本金属期货9月17日多数下跌，跌幅约在0.5%以下，市场等待美联储对量化宽松缩减的决议，仅锡价上涨0.3%，主要受到印尼供应疑虑以及锡库存减少的影响。
秘鲁政府表示，2016年秘鲁铜产量或将达到约280万吨，去年为130万吨，因几处大型矿产项目投产的带动，并预计未来十年铜产量提高两倍，黄金产量至少提高30%。秘鲁为全球第三大铜和银出口国，且为第六大黄金出口国，本周将在南部城市阿雷基帕举办国际矿业大会。
大陆国营研究机构北京安泰科最新报告将2013年大陆氧化铝产量预估自4,630万吨略微上调至4,650万吨，主要受到新疆省两座炼铝厂投产的带动。安泰科数据显示，大陆去年的氧化铝产量为4,214万吨。安泰科也预估，至今年底，大陆氧化铝产量能将达到6,200万吨，较去年年底的5,800万吨增加400万吨。氧化铝是生产铝的原料。
安泰科对大陆今年国内铝产量预估则维持不变为2,450万吨，但较去年的2,000万吨产量将增长22.5%。至今年底，大陆铝冶炼产量能预估将达到3,000-3,100万吨，去年年底为2,500万吨，主要也是受到西部地区-特别是新疆省新增产能的带动。安泰科估计，今明两年大陆西部地区新增的铝冶炼产量能约大300-400万吨。
全球第五大矿商英美资源9月16日宣布将退出阿拉斯加砾石铜金矿项目的合资，并为此提列3亿美元的资产减记。英美资源表示，截止六月底，该公司已经对该项目投资了5.41美元。
Pebble矿被公认为世界上最重要的、尚未开发的斑岩矿，它是迄今发现累计金属量最大的矿山，估计矿产资源价值达3,000亿美元。
