南非矿企商会同意为矿工涨薪 利空金价

南非矿企商会(South Africa’s mining industry chamber)周二(8月27日)表示，鉴于此次南非黄金领域矿工的罢工示威，该机构同意做出最后一轮让步，为矿工涨薪。
上周四(8月22日)南非全国矿工协会(NUM)发言人Lesiba Seshoka表示，该组织将联系黄金产业成员进行投票，预计将在周一(8月26日)举行为期两日的罢工示威。
南非全国矿业协会(NUM)成员约占整个南非14万矿工中的64%，这些矿工主要来自AngloGold Ashanti， Gold Fields以及Harmony and Sibanye Gold。
在南非，矿业成本占据整个黄金产业成本的50%，但由于今年至今黄金价格已累计下跌近30%，矿企不得不对矿工的薪资进行调整，这才导致劳资争端的爆发。
南非矿企商会最近一次宣称，将上调黄金矿工的基本工资，涨幅约在6%-6.5%之间，这主要取决于矿工的作业类别。
如果南非金矿业恢复正常，黄金产量增加，相信这在一定程度上对黄金构成利空。
