供应瓶颈推升通胀，供给侧拖累美国经济

高通胀时间超出鲍威尔预期
上周美联储主席鲍威尔表示，美国经济前景高度不确定，在联邦政府一系列政策的救助之下，美国虽然已经获得强劲的需求，但是供给侧仍在拖美国经济的后腿。鲍威尔认为新冠肺炎德尔塔变异毒株在最近数月不断为经济复苏取得进展造成阻碍，预料随着供应瓶颈问题得到控制或趋于缓和，通胀将出现回落，鲍威尔坦承供应瓶颈问题对通胀的推升时间超过了他原来的想象。
欧元区仍未脱离疫情困境
欧洲央行行长拉加德称，目前欧元区正从边缘状态回归，但尚未摆脱新冠肺炎流行病疫情所造成的困境。拉加德预期欧元区将在2021年年底时恢复至新冠肺炎流行病疫情之前的状态，不过在部分地区供应瓶颈正在恶化，目前不确定性对欧元区经济增长构成威胁。
