英镑后市不乐观，脱欧前景生变

3月19日，英镑兑美元维持稳定，没有出现进一步的下跌，英国脱欧前景再次出现变数，负责脱欧谈判的代表不行感染新馆病毒，同时美元流动性趋紧，市场抛售英镑，加上英国的疫情防空让人担忧，分析师认为英镑兑美元面临更多压力。
英国和欧盟的脱欧谈判仍然没有任何进展，而脱欧谈判首席代表确诊感染，这让英国脱欧谈判的前景更加蒙阴。
虽然受到疫情影响脱欧谈判一拖再拖，但英国首相再度强调英国不会延长将于今年年底结束的“脱欧”过渡期。
英国于今年1月31日正式“脱欧”，“脱欧”过渡期随即开始。英欧关系在过渡期内维持现状，以便双方就英国“脱欧”后贸易关系达成协议。
按目前安排，若英欧未能在“脱欧”过渡期内达成贸易协议，且过渡期不再延长，双方将重新回到世界贸易组织框架下开展贸易。分析认为，这种情况一旦出现，将造成英欧双输局面。
由于全球对美元的需求上升，美元指数连续第七个交易日上涨，这也对英镑构成压力。瑞穗银行金融机构外汇销售主管Neil Jones表示，“对美元的避险买盘、全球资产抛售以及选举过后的多头平仓，都对英镑构成打压。”
分析师指出，随着疫情在英国蔓延，许多人担心与其他欧洲国家相比首相约翰逊的应对根本不够，投资者随之逃离该国资产。
英国首相约翰逊18日上午在下议院接受首相质询时表示，在核酸检测问题上“英国事实远超其它同类国家。我们每日检测数正在从每天5000次增加至每天10000次。” 不久后约翰逊又补充道：“将增加到每天25000次。”
目前英国国家医疗服务体系只给住院且非常严重的病人、已出现确诊病例的养老院和监狱提供检测服务。据报道，一些英国名流和商界人士已经开始向私人诊所购买价值375英镑的在家检测套餐。
分析指出，英国采取了协调一致的货币和财政政策行动，但市场仍认为方案规模不够，英国央行行长刚上任三天，人们还不了解他的货币政策观点，这也会引起一些紧张感。
不过，上行方面，如果汇价向上突破1.18的关键阻力，那么短期内汇价可能将会止住看跌的压力，从而转为进一步反弹上行，当前汇价正处在大跌之后的调整修复期。
