特朗普讲话欲为贸易战正名，黄金接受大考验

今日国新办就《关于中美经贸摩擦的事实与中方立场》白皮书有关情况举行发布会，此举家具市场对贸易战的担忧。同时特朗普在联大的讲话极可能影响之后的日美贸易谈判进展，同时英国脱欧的不确定性越加清晰。
由于本周四美联储将公布利率决议，因此市场持谨慎态度，美元收窄日内跌幅。而市场预期美联储本周加息概率超九成，因此美元随后出现了一波反弹。同时昨日中美关税开始生效，这加剧了市场对于中美贸易战的担忧情绪，因此也在一定程度上对美元形成支撑。
不过有关人士指出尽管4月中旬以来因美国经济表现优于预期以及美联储加息提振美元，但因政治风险和贸易紧张局势，这将伤及美国的经济，因此美元可能在2019年开始走软，同时投资者将寻求新的投资渠道。
亚盘时段，现货黄金现报1199.75美元，涨幅0.06%。周一，美国对2000亿美元中国商品征收10%关税，并计划从明年1月1日起将税率调高至25%。由于美方一意孤行，导致中美贸易摩擦不断升级。为捍卫自由贸易和多边体制，捍卫自身合法权益，中方不得不对已公布的约600亿美元清单商品实施加征关税措施。
此前提到，近3年来黄金与欧元的走势较为接近，受昨日德拉基放鹰的影响，黄金短线出现一波反弹，但随着美元反弹，黄金回吐日内大部分涨幅。
本周需着重关注的是周四的加息点阵图、鲍威尔讲话、以及美国核心PCE物价数据，届时金价极有可能走出逾20美元的大行情。因此在利率决议公布之前预计黄金仍将在1190美元至1210美元区间内做震荡。
本交易日，数据事件较为清淡，需留意22:00的美国9月谘商会消费者信心指数。此外，特朗普将在联合国大会上向全球领导人发表演讲，演讲的主旨是保护美国主权。如若其贯彻鹰派言论和贸易立场，美元资产可能重获避险资金青睐，黄金可能因此承压失血。
