加息前景降溫，美元沉淪黃金積累多頭

週一(5月14日)，現貨黃金價格在美元走勢低迷的態勢中上漲，投資者考慮美國今年加息次數可能較少的前景。
美國聖路易斯聯儲主席布拉德上周五(5月11日)明確說明反對進一步加息的理由，稱利率可能已經達到“中性”水準，不再刺激經濟。
美元指數從上周觸及的2018年高位進一步回落，因在投資者對美聯儲將加速升息的預期降溫後，美國公債收益率走軟。
分析師說：“投資者正在密切關注美國公債和美元走勢，並從中尋求有關金價走勢的線索。”
雖然金價也從中東政治不確定性中獲得支撐，但投資者表示，其他地方的緊張局勢緩解可能加大金價的下行風險。
分析師說：“從地緣政治來看，我們正處於朝鮮半島局勢可能有好的結果，以及伊朗和以色列即將爆發衝突這二者的平衡中。黃金價格反映了這種平衡狀態。”
美國商品期貨交易委員會(CFTC)上周五公佈的數據顯示，對沖基金和基金經理5月8日當周增持紐約商品期貨交易所(COMEX)期金淨多倉。
