美联储2018加息三次，全球将现紧缩前景
美联储12月14日会议加息25个基点之后，富国银行分析师预计，2018年美联储将加息三次。在美联储加息的带动下，全球各国央行本周纷纷收紧货币政策，但因为幅度小等原因，金融市场的总体波动不是很大。
“正如预期的那样，FOMC将联邦基金利率的目标区间上调0.25个百分点至1.25%-1.50%。这样一来，美联储过去一年已经三次上调利率。自2015年年底开始加息以来，美联储已经五次上调利率。”
“相比上次政策声明，美联储此次政策声明的变化相对较少。大多数的变化去除了飓风对就业及通胀的影响。新的政策声明表明，飓风带来的大部分影响都已经过去，不会对经济前景产生实质性的影响。美联储的货币政策看上去依然是适宜的，并且符合劳动力市场强劲、通胀率继续向2%目标接近的趋势。”
“虽然政策声明没有出现实质性的改变，但还是大幅提高了实际GDP增长的预测。2018年实际GDP增长的预估中值目前为2.5%，高于9月会议时2.1%的预估值。”
“对长期联邦基金利率的预估略有下降，最后的预测范围为3%或者以下。美联储主席耶伦上次召开的会议相当普通。几乎没有让人感觉到，货币政策会偏离过去几年正常的轨道。结果，市场出现的大反应不是很多。”
在美联储的带动下，全球各国央纷纷货币政策收紧预期正更受关注。然而，要么是这些行动的预测报告太多，要么是行动过于微小，或者关于未来行动的言辞起到了很大的对冲作用，以至于金融市场几乎没有出现什么波动。
分析师表示：“他们害怕扰乱市场。因此，他们缓慢地调整货币政策，防止市场出现紧急情况。”这一行动导致的结果是，2018年将成为全球经济同步增长的一年。实际上，美联储和欧洲央行都上调了各自地区2018年经济增长的预测，即便他们暗示将逐步缩减刺激政策。
12月14日，美联储主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)向记者表示:“全球经济表现良好。”此前，美联储实行了2017年的第三次加息。耶伦称：“全球的经济正在同步扩张，这是多年来首次出现的情况。”
投资者普遍预期美联储加息，但中国央行12月14日的举措令他们多少感到有点意外。中国央行上调了公开市场逆回购操作中标利率和MLF操作利率，但调整幅度较小，均上调5个基点。此外，中国央行进行300亿元7天逆回购操作、200亿元28天逆回购操作，中标利率分别上调至2.5%和2.8%，高于此前的2.45%和2.75%，为今年3月以来首次上调。由于上调的幅度很小，市场对此没有太大的反应。
