美联储9月点阵图出炉：2017年底美联储加息3次
北京时间周四凌晨两点，美联储公布了利率决定，维持联邦基准利率0.25%-0.5%不变。美联储FOMC声明称，决定暂时等待一段时间，等待更多证据证明加息的必要性。根据9月FOMC委员利率点阵图，美联储官员预计在2017年底之前加息三次。
委员们以7-3决定维持利率在当前水平不变，17名决策者中有14人认为年底前至少会加息一次。
虽然美联储点阵图并不是一个官方的政策工具，但它能够更深入地让市场了解美联储成员是如何评价经济和货币状况。不过， 回顾去年12月，美联储近8年内第一次加息，并且当时点阵图显示2016年将有4次加息。相比现在的情形，这让点阵图已经失去了几乎所有的信誉，现在有谁还会将点阵图作为一个前瞻性的指导指标？
6月美联储政策会议之后发布的点阵图显示，美联储将会有一个温和的加息之路。美国联邦公开是长委员看到2016年底联邦基金利率预期中值为0.75-1%，年内有两次加息，长期来看，利率最终会上涨至3%左右。
而9月公布的新的点阵图显示，FOMC成员预测的今年年底联邦基金利率预期中位数为0.5%-0.75%。新点阵图暗示年内加息只有一次。而从长远来看，利率将攀升至2.75%或3%左右。点阵图显示，这将是一个非常缓慢的过程。
FOMC成员预测2018年底联邦基金利率预期中值为1.9%，6月预期中值为2.4%。据点阵图可知，美联储预期今年将有一次加息，可能是在12月。美联储主席耶伦表示，如果没有新的风险出现，预计今年将加息一次。
美联储点阵图预测2017年有两次加息，6月预测2017年有三次加息。预期2018年将有3次加息。
