美联储加息再次推迟 黄金涨势晴空万里
周三(9月21日)，美国12月COMEX黄金期货价格在美联储宣布政策声明前收盘上涨13.20美元，涨幅1%，收报1331.40美元/盎司。黄金价格周三录得三连阳，此前美联储推迟加息的市场预期均为黄金价格提供支撑，期金电子盘交易中美联储的按兵不动更是加剧其涨势。与此同时，因日本央行利率决议未能成功贬值日元，从而致使美元承压，最终也助推了黄金价格的上涨。周三黄金价格的上涨大部分是在美联储利率决议前录得的。
与此同时，美国12月COMEX白银期货价格收盘上涨0.491美元，涨幅2.6%，收报19.768美元/盎司。
美联储在北京时间9月22日凌晨2点宣布维持0.25%-0.5%的联邦基金利率保持不变，并发表声明称，经济前景的短期风险看起来大致均衡，委员会将继续密切关注通胀指标和全球经济及金融局势发展。投票结果显示，三位FOMC票委反对FOMC维持利率不变的决定。
美联储在此次FOMC货币政策会议上将2016年年底利率预期中值下调至0.625%，此前6月份为0.875%，且有三位FOMC票委预计2016年将不会加息。美联储同时也下调2016年GDP增速预期0.2个百分点，降至1.8%。这使得黄金短线涨势加剧。
但耶伦在周三举行的新闻发布会上承认了等待加息的风险，比如经济运行“过热”，劳动力市场紧缩“太多”，失业率下降到“非常”低的水平，也看到通货膨胀不回升至2%的风险。并表示，如果经济继续增长，劳动力市场继续走强将在年内加息一次。这一定程度上限制了黄金价格的涨幅。
