EIA：原油下半年供求将趋于平衡
周二（6月14日）国际能源署(IEA)表示，在一系列生产意外中断事件后，2016年下半年原油供应和需求将趋于平衡，但明年上半年油市可能将继续变成供给过剩的状态。
IEA指出，2017年需求增幅可能会是在130万桶/日左右。这是IEA目前预估的今年需求增幅。
“根据预期，石油输出国组织(OPEC)2017年石油产量将温和增长，我们认为全球原油库存在2017年上半年将有小幅增加，而下半年降幅则将略超过上半年增幅。全年来看，库存下降幅度很小，预计为10万桶/日。”IEA在月报中表示。
“2016年已快过半，原油市场的供应正在趋于平衡，不过要知道尚有许多油田产能正处于关闭状态，特别是在尼日利亚和利比亚，这些产能之后可能重启，而今年初石油需求强劲增长的势头则可能不会维持下去。”IEA说。
IEA还称，预计今明两年石油需求增长中的大部分都将来自于经济合作与发展组织(OECD)以外的国家。
