美国2月成屋签约销售急增
据最新公布的一份报告称，美国2月季调后成屋签约销售表现大幅上升，扭转1月深度下跌的势头，不过数据的波动性令人有些难以判断楼市复苏的力度。
全国地产经纪商协会(NAR)周一(3月28日)公布的数据显示，美国2月NAR季调后成屋签约销售月率急增3.5%至109.1，预估为增长1.1%。而美国2月NAR季调后成屋签约销售年率增长5.1%。
路透点评美国2月成屋签约销售指数月率称，2月美国成屋销售大幅上涨，创下7个月以来的最高水平，一改此前几个月的低迷状况，主要原因是抵押贷款利率创近一年低点及房屋库存增加因季节性因素而放缓，美国房地产市场整体体现出大幅回暖的迹象，预计未来几月仍会保持增长动能。
