美国2月成屋销售意外大跌7.1%
周一，全美房地产经纪人协会（NAR）公布的数据显示，美国成屋销售总数继1月环比下跌0.4%之后，2月成屋销售总数年化下降至508万户，环比大跌7.1%，创三个月新低，预期仅为环比下跌2.2%。
此次数据表现不及预期主要原因是房价持续上升和房屋库存处于低位，但1-2月成屋销售平均值仍在合理范围内。
数据显示：
美国2月成屋销售总数年化208万户，预期534万户，前值由547万户。创近三个月新低，
美国2月成屋销售总数年化环比-7.1%，预期-2.2%，前值由0.4%。
美国2月成屋销售总数年化大幅下降，至508万户，创2015年2月来最低水平，因房价持续上升和房屋库存处于低位，显示美国经济有潜在走弱的迹象。
这一数据与近期显示美国经济面对国际不利因素有韧性的数据背道而驰，如强劲的就业数据和趋稳的工厂产出数据。
不过，美国住房市场一直受到趋紧的劳动力市场的支撑，因劳动力市场趋紧将推升薪资增速，促进家庭形成。但相对缺乏可供销售的房屋，对美国来说仍是一个问题
此次数据表现不及预期，四个地区的销售总数都有所下滑，主要原因是房价持续上升和房屋库存处于低位。
全美房地产经纪人协会首席经济学家Lawrence Yun表示，此次数据确实是较大幅度的下滑，但1-2月成屋销售平均值仍在合理范围内。
