黑田东彦再“黑”日元：负利率可下调至-0.5%
周三(3月16日)早间，日本央行行长黑田东彦再放重磅言论，称存在进一步下调负利率的可能，指出理论上利率可下调至-0.5%，还有很多降息空间，将密切关注欧洲。此言一出，日元汇率随即跌落。
日内在日本国会发言时，黑田东彦表示，从理论上说，存在进一步下调负利率的可能性，且进一步下调负利率的空间还不少，可下调到-0.5%。
黑田并强调，负利率效果需要一段时间才会显现，负利率对家庭投资有积极影，对消费也有正面影响，因负利率可通过降低利息来提高可支配收入。
黑田东彦同时表示，乐见汇率稳定波动并反映经济基本面，称汇率走势受到各类因素影响，并不只是各国之间的利率差距，指出如果其他条件维持不变，负利率等宽松政策能够削弱汇率。
此外，黑田还就日本央行负利率辩解称，日本央行政策没有招致批评和质疑，负利率政策在G20会议上得到理解，不会改变对日本经济前景的看法，并强调在必要时仍以三种形式宽松政策。
