根据Markit公布的最新数据，2月份欧元区商业活动的增长速度创一年来新低，通缩压力加大。Markit首席经济学家Chris Williamson认为，2月份的数据令人失望，这在很大程度上会增加欧洲央行3月份加码宽松的可能性。

从Markit最新公布的2月制造业数据来看，德国服务业出现了三个月以来最快的增长，不过制造业增速创2014年11月以来最低速。
Markit首席经济学家Chris Williamson表示，德国经济开始感受到了全球经济下行的影响，外来的需求陷入疲软，出口订单也几乎陷入停滞。
此外，德国制造业和服务业的新增就业人数降至近一年以来的新低，制造业的雇佣人数甚至出现了下滑。

德国2月服务业PMI初值55.1，预期54.7，前值55.0。
德国2月综合PMI初值53.8，预期54.1，前值54.5。
法国
法国2月制造业PMI初值50.3，高于预期的49.9，创两个月新高；服务业PMI初值49.8，差于预期的50.3，创两个月新低；综合PMI初值49.8，不及预期的50.3，自去年1月以来首次跌破50。
Markit经济学家Jack Kennedy表示，法国私营部门的扩张停滞不前，第一季度的GDP数据依旧不佳。由于需求疲软，且企业面临较大的竞争，因此企业的产出价格锐减，意味着通胀持续面临下行压力。
但从乐观的一面来看，投资者对未来服务业的信心有所提高，乐观情绪攀升至6个月新高。
