美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)上周五(2月19日)公布的数据显示，截至2月16日当周，杠杆基金的美元净多头合约减少17,020份，至194,143份。
本月以来，杠杆基金已经削减90,676份美元多头合约。
2月16日当周，当周杠杆基金还削减了3,733份美元指数净多头合约，至12,064份，为1月中旬以来首次下滑。
数据并显示，当周美元净多仓总值减至83.1亿美元，这是连续第三周净多仓低于200亿美元，且为2014年5月以来最低水平。前一周的美元净多仓为126亿美元。
美元多头合约数是按8种主要货币对的净期货和期权头寸汇总计算。
受益于美联储(FED)加息预期，美元在过去近两年的时间内表现出色，但近期市场动荡已经削弱了联储进一步加息的预期，美元兑几乎所有主要货币在过去1个月内出现贬值。
2016年迄今为止美元兑欧元下挫逾2%，而兑日元则大跌约5%。目前利率期货走势表明，美联储年内加息的概率已经不到50%。
投资者仍继续增加日元多仓。由于油价再度下跌，投资者买入日元以避险，2月16日当周日元净多仓增加近4,700份，从43,232份增至47,901份。
因投资者解除利差交易，市场波动也提振对欧元的押注。当周欧元净空仓下降，并触及2014年6月以来低点。
