在外围市场风声鹤唳之下，周三(2月3日)A股终于抗住了重挫，而且在尾盘题材股暴拉之下，差点上演逆袭好戏。在2700点的激烈争夺中，多方暂时险胜。外资今天”出逃”规模创下逾两个半月以来最高。
早盘，两市总体处于低位震荡态势，盘面沉闷，创业板表现较为强势。午后开盘，两市成交依然低迷，维持窄幅震荡；盘中两市突然跳水，沪指一度跌破2700点； 随后海欣食品、兔宝宝等妖股盘中异动，刺激两市回暖，题材股率先被激活，传媒等板块快速拉升，中字头个股临近尾盘异动，沪指跌幅迅速收窄，创业板翻红。
截至收盘：沪指报2739.25点，跌10.32点，跌0.38%；深指报9638.88点，涨27.95点，涨0.29%；创业板报2090.51点，涨15.23点，涨0.73%。成交量方面，沪市成交1466.27亿元，深市成交2293.12亿元，两市共成交3759.39亿元，较上一交易日缩量近300亿元。
