周二金融数据公司Markit公布的一份行业报告显示，美国1月服务业采购经理人指数(PMI)初值和综合PMI初值均降至2014年12月以来最低。
数据显示，美国1月MARKIT服务业采购经理人指数(PMI)初值回落至53.7，预估为54.0。12月终值为54.3。
Markit首席经济学家威廉姆森点评称，制造业已经陷入挣扎，服务业也早在严冬天气袭击前已经显现动力进一步不足的迹象；服务业PMI预示着年初GDP年化增速为1.5%；对金融市场波动的担忧、海外增速放缓、能源业表现下滑及加息带来的不确定性，都为未来数月进一步疲软奠定了环境基础；这次的数据表现绝对不属于灾难性程度。
日内，美元指数位于99上方交投，今天的数据公布之后，美元延续先前跌势至99.13。
