美国12月新屋销售涨幅超出预期，12月成屋销售也大涨了14.7%。华尔街见闻上周五报道，全美房地产经纪人协会公布数据显示，美国成屋销售总数继10月和11月分别环比下跌3.4%和10.5%之后，12月成屋销售总数年化546万户，环比大涨14.7%，超出预期的环比上涨9.2%。
和去年同期的49.5万户相比，美国12月新屋销售同比增长了9.9%。12月新屋销售价格中位数为28.89万美元，平均价格为34.64万美元。
数据公布之后，路透社点评称，美国12月新屋销售总数好于预期且前值被上修，表明美国房地产市场依然站稳脚跟，即使股市出现大幅抛售以及经济增速放缓。
