决议显示：日本央行维持利率政策不变，以8比1的投票结果维持货币基础目标不变。维持每年将货币基础提高80万亿日元的关键政策不变。央行委员木内登英再次提议削减资产购买计划至每年45万亿日元。CPI目前可能在零水平附近。较长期通胀预期上升。
全球著名的投资银行高盛预计，日本央行料在10月进一步放宽政策，日元料进一步贬值。而高盛认为，这将削弱日元，美元兑日元预计于一年内上涨到130。
