希腊局势终于迎来重大转机，雅典当局隔夜在最后一刻提交了改革方案，这也让市场对于希腊退欧的担忧有所降温。周四(7月10日)欧市盘初，欧元/美元扩大涨幅至1.1127，交易员透露，杠杆投资者牵头买入欧元/美元。
在周四午夜之前，希腊总理齐普拉斯提交了力度更大的税收和养老金改革计划，欧元集团主席戴塞尔布卢姆随后证实已收到相关文件。
德国作为希腊最大的债权国，也较为罕见地做出一定程度得让步，承认希腊需要部分债务重组，作为中期可持续公共财政新计划的一部分。
欧市盘初，欧元/美元扩大涨幅，汇价最高触及1.1127，逼近日内高位。欧股则纷纷高开，法国CAC 40指数开盘上涨2.4%，德国DAX指数周五开盘上涨2.4%，英国富时100指数周五开盘上涨1.1%。
