希腊不配合引众怒

虽然此前与国际债权人谈判陷入了僵局的状况，使得希腊在此后发生债务违约并被逐出欧元区的概率大增，但希腊政府却至今仍然目中无人，因此，欧洲各方对希腊危机的愤怒和关注也因而来越多。
希腊政府本周一(6月15日)召开了紧急会议之后，希腊总理齐普拉斯因此次僵局而指责债权人，尽管这些指责被欧洲迅速否认了。
德国总理默克尔所属的基民盟副主席麦克·福克斯(Michael Fuchs)周二(6月16日)对媒体表示，现在希腊必须自己做出决定：到底要留在还是离开欧元区？
福克斯表示，现在的关键问题已不是德国是否准备好面对希腊离开欧元区的问题，而是希腊自己应当决定他们想要怎么做，如果他们不提出任何他们所答应过的新改革方案，那么现在他们正在破坏其此前与债权人达成的协议。换而言之，他们正在破换所有的规则。
风险咨询机构欧亚集团的总裁告诉媒体，希腊试图通过拖延谈判从而在改革问题上获取更多灵活性的策略正在起效。他表示，希腊人的这种策略一直很有效。德国人下调了他们对财政方面的期望值，以增加灵活性和如何获取长时间可持续预算等方式，因为德国默克尔并不愿意希腊退欧。而在这一点上，德国政府内部也存在着分歧。
