国际评级机构标普(Standard & Poor’s)周三(6月10日)在欧美市场交易结束后再度下调了希腊的主权债务信用评级，由原先的“CCC+”再下调一档至CCC，这意味着该国国债的“垃圾”烙印已经越打越深。同时，该国的评级前景也仍为“负面”，表明其评级在此后可能再度被下调。
标普指出，如果希腊此后仍无法与其国际债权人达成有效的财政援助协议，该国在未来12个月间将不可避免地陷入债务违约的困境。而该国在国际社会上“众叛亲离”的形象也使其评级前景进一步恶化。
希腊上周五(6月5日)未能如期偿还IMF[微博]的3亿欧元到期债务，引发了国际社会的巨大质疑。虽然希腊已承诺会在本月底打包偿还所有的17亿欧元到期债务，但是其信誉受损的状况已难以挽回。这也可能是标普将其评级下调到更加“垃圾”级别的诱因之一。
另希腊某银行官员表示，欧洲央行周三将希腊银行可以从其央行借款的规模由807亿欧元调高至830亿欧元，这是自2月18日以来上调规模最大的一次；该官员称欧洲央行此举为银行业带来约30亿欧元资金，以应对存款的进一步流失；目前欧洲央行对此不予置评。
外媒称，德国联合执政党领导人一致同意，即便希腊达成债务协议也不会向其提供第三批援助，只有当其完成实质性改革才会向其伸出援手；据悉按计划，对希腊的第二批援助将在6月到期。
