欧洲央行(ECB)管理委员会委员、法国央行行长诺亚(Christian Noyer)周一(6月8日)表示，假如希腊果真退出欧元区，也不会对欧元产生太大影响，因该国的经济规模较小，且欧元区实行了改革举措。
诺亚在蒙特利尔一个经济会议上说道：“我相信，希腊不会严重影响到欧元的使用及其作为国际货币的地位，希腊经济规模仅占欧元区的2%，因此实在是微不足道。”
诺亚表示，希腊仅有“几天的时间”来达成协议，因为任何协议都需要在6月底前获得欧洲不同国家立法机构的批准。
他说道：“坦白说，我们尚未看见一套令人信服的提案…能够确实重振希腊经济。”
尽管诺亚谈话希腊退欧的影响，但有市场分析师认为，希腊一旦开了“退欧”先例，后续恐会有类似国家出现，危机将有在欧元区内进一步蔓延的风险，这肯定不利于欧元稳定。
加拿大央行(BOC)副行长Carolyn Wilkins与诺亚一道出席会议，他表示加拿大在希腊方面直接面临的风险微乎其微，受该国问题殃及的可能性不高。
德国总理默克尔(Angela Merkel)周一警告称，达成改革换援助协议所剩的时间已经不多。希腊救助计划将于月底到期，届时将面临债务违约风险。
就在三天前，希腊总理齐普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)对该国议会表示，欧盟和国际货币基金组织(IMF)的最新提议“荒谬”。
默克尔强调，她希望希腊留在欧元区。她将于周三同法国总统奥朗德(Francois Hollande)一道会晤齐普拉斯。
据华尔街日报引述未知名消息称，上周债权人提议将金援计划延长到2016年3月，但条件是希腊削减养老金和加税以及采取其它措施。
一资深的欧元区官员表示，他并不知道有任何此类提议。希腊官员也未能就该报导置评。
