欧洲央行执委科尔言论引发欧股大涨

欧洲央行的一位发言人表示，原本是打算立即公布科尔的讲话，但中间出现错误，导致讲话被推迟到周二早间才发布。
在欧洲央行公布科尔的评论后，由于预期将有更多欧元涌入市场，欧元应声重挫，欧洲股市升至多年高位。
科尔称，最近债市收益率大涨令人担忧，欧洲央行5月和6月可能“温和”增加购债，以免低于每月购买目标。
他说道：“在市场流动性下降之前，欧洲央行将在5月份和6月份将其量化宽松(QE)计划下的购买规模自600亿欧元上调。”
摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)在伦敦的全球外汇策略主管Hans Redeker指出，加快购债的表述明确显示欧洲央行希望通过QE发挥更大影响，进而冲击到汇率，本次透露的信息非常明确。
Altana Hard Currency Fund投资组合经理人Ian Gunner表示：“这是欧洲央行对祭出全面QE政策没有达到拉低德债收益率和欧元效果感到不满的首个表现。”
市场对上述言论反应强烈，将欧元/美元压低至1.12下方，国债收益率也回吐部分涨幅，表明印钞对于市场信心至关重要。
其他央行官员也表达了对欧洲央行债券购买计划的支持。科尔讲话前，欧洲央行管理委员会委员暨法国央行行长诺亚(Christian Noyer)表示，央行准备采取进一步行动，以达到通胀目标。
诺亚在巴黎表示：“如有必要，欧元体系随时准备采取进一步的措施。”根据这项刚推出不久的QE计划，欧洲央行每月购买600亿欧元债券，其中主要是国债。
摩根大通(JPMorgan Chase & Co)策略师Gianluca Salford在一份客户报告中写道，预计欧洲央行将在5月、6月和9月每月买进约700亿欧元债券，7月和8月每月买进约400亿-450亿欧元债券。
Salford称，依然认为有关欧洲央行将在夏季的几个月里大量购买债券的市场预期有能力在2015年第二季度末前将10年期德国国债收益率推低至0.45%一带。
