国内楼市方面，纪要显示，房屋及投资信贷成长看来已企稳；尽管担心悉尼房价，注意到其他地区房价更加温和；近期降息将支持房市需求令人振奋的趋势。
矿业/非矿业投资方面，纪要显示，非矿业投资复苏的时间构成关键风险。
中国方面，纪要显示，中国经济增长已经放缓，认为房地产市场疲弱是重大风险。
