希腊财长：与债权人谈判已接近达成

5月19日讯——据了解希腊问题谈判的两名欧洲官员表示，希腊与欧元区政府的谈判尚未作出足够进展，不可能在本周于拉脱维亚首都里加召开的领导人峰会上达成协议。
另外两名欧洲官员表示，如果国际货币基金组织不全力参与，欧盟委员会为安排折衷方案作出的任何努力都不可能成功。所有官员都要求匿名，因为谈判还在进行中且是私密的。
这些悲观的观点与雅典方面表示谈判正接近达成协议的论调相反。希腊政府发言人萨克拉里季斯周一在雅典告诉记者，希腊希望周二(5月19日)在布鲁塞尔集团会议上与债权人达成技术协议，寄望在5月21日-22日的峰会上获得政治批准。
而希腊财政部长瓦鲁法基斯(Yannis Varoufakis)周一(5月18日)也表示，希腊与债权人协议接近达成，这将使欧元区盟国得意同意在此后向希腊发放剩余的救援基金，而希腊方面也并没有打算就此退出欧元区。
瓦鲁法基斯在卫星电视台晚间节目Ston Eniko中认为，协议将于一周以内达成。
