若无IMF债务援助 希腊陷入债务危机

希腊总理齐普拉斯写信警告IMF，如果没有欧央行的援助，希腊就没钱还了。
据希腊当地媒体Kathimerini，齐普拉斯在写给IMF总裁拉加德的这封信中称，除非欧央行立即提高希腊发行短期国债的上限，否则欠IMF的下个月到期的15亿欧元将无法偿还。
拉加德在上周四的IMF一次内部会议上公开了上述信件的内容。这不是齐普拉斯第一次对IMF发出违约警告。
就在希腊上周成功偿付了IMF 7.5亿欧元的欠款之前，希腊就对IMF发出类似警告。虽然最终在没有欧央行援助的情况下，希腊支付了贷款，但是希腊利用的是在IMF中很少被使用的应急账户（emergency account）。换句话说，希腊向IMF借钱还给了IMF。
然而，在15亿欧元IMF的欠款到期之前，希腊政府本月底还将支付公务员工资和养老金。在6月初，还要再向IMF偿还一笔3亿欧元的贷款。
希腊与欧洲债权人正在就一项72亿欧元的债务援助进行谈判，如果希腊不接受经济改革，欧洲债权人就不会同意援助希腊。
IMF在上述援助计划中将出资36亿欧元。IMF欧洲事务部负责人Poul Thomsen表示，IMF可能不得不撤回36亿欧元的债务援助，因为希腊经济改革的谈判毫无进展。
在外部资金尚不能到位的情况下，希腊银行业也正在面临大量资本外逃。有经济学家预计，希腊银行业最快将在三周内破产。
摩根大通银行分析师Malcolm Barr和David Mackie在研报中指出，希腊银行业赖以生存的抵押品即将耗尽。资本外流、银行体系压力以及政治上的时间压力降在五月底、六月初形成合力。
